Like ProWare, Josh grew up in Sheffield and has an impressive array of culinary experience. He has worked at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Phil Howard’s Elystan Street and for Shane Osborne in Hong Kong. He was also the private chef to the American ambassador and development chef for Belazu.
He hit our screens on Great British Menu in 2020 and has been Head Chef at Piccadilly’s Michelin-starred restaurant Hide since 2017. We were fortunate enough to visit Hide in Spring 2021, sampling the famous Acorn Cake!
I love using the Copper tri–ply pans, not only are they beautiful in your kitchen, but great to use for all ranges of cooking and baking. The non-stick addition helps if you’re just cooking a simple pan fried seabass or making an apple tarte tatin – so versatile! Josh Angus
Josh created a series of recipes for us using our Copper Tri-Ply range. We love Josh’s versatility, able to create simple, homely dishes with Michelin-starred flavours. From a Coffee and Pistachio Souffle made in our copper tri-ply mini pan to a Star Anise Apple Croissant Tarte Tatin in our Copper Tri-Ply frying pan, Josh makes the most of our pans’ adaptability. He also created a delicious roasted octopus dish in our Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Roasting Pan which is a great pescatarian alternative to a Sunday Roast.
