Terms & Conditions 

1. Under these Terms and Conditions, all references to “The Promoter” are references to Faresco Ltd, 5 Churchill Way, Sheffield, S35 2PY. Registered Company No. 2251205 (England & Wales).
2. This competition is open to all UK-residents aged 18 or over.
3. Employees and anyone otherwise connected with the promotion are not permitted to enter. 
4. Entries will be accepted until midnight on 9 June 2025 GMT. No further entries are permitted after the closing date.
5. No entry fee or purchase is necessary. 
6. Only entrants who complete the requirements are viable to win.
7. There is to be one winner of the set of 5 stainless steel base cookware.
8. The one winner will be selected at random by the Promoter.
9. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All participants will be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain these Terms and Conditions for personal reference. 
10. Entrants will only be contacted by the Promoter.
11. Entry is via webform on the promoter’s website the giveaway page.
12. The winner will receive their prize by post, recorded UK delivery only. 
13. There are no alternative prizes or cash alternatives to the prizes stated. 
14. The winner will be notified by email no later than midday on 10th June 2025 GMT.
15. The prize must be claimed (by sending contact and delivery details) within one week of being notified. If no response is received within two weeks, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner selected randomly from the entries received.
16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
17. The winner’s name and county will be available on request by sending your details to the promoter address (below) and marking it: ‘Stainless steel base giveaway’.
