Neal has been outdoor cooking crazy for many years. You may know Neal from his Instagram page BBQ Explorers where he shares great recipe ideas, tips and conversations with other BBQ chefs. Neal’s aim is to encourage everyone to get outdoors and cook, whatever the weather and time of year. It’s fun and good for your soul!
Neal has been collaborating with us for 18 months and his recipes include bbq classics such as roast leg of lamb with rosemary and garlic, through to dishes you wouldn’t normally associate with outdoor cooking, such as beef bourguignon, smoked mackerel risotto and Pork loin cooked in cider with vegetables.
Neal has broken away from traditional cast iron and cooks with our tri-ply stainless steel roasting pan, stock pot, milk pan and sauté pan on a variety of bbq set-ups.
