Bursting with Thai flavours, Marni Xuto brings us this spectacular Sea Bass Jungle Curry.
Marni Xuto grew up in Bangkok and her recipes are an ode to Thai cuisine. You may know Marni as ‘Thai Food Made Easy’; her Instagram page is jam-packed with vibrant recipes and explosions of colour. This is what initially drew us to her work, and we are thrilled that she has been collaborating with us since Autumn 2022.
To create her Songkran series, Marni used a combination of pans from across our ranges. For her Authentic Jungle Curry with Sea Bass, she used our Copper Base 26cm Sauté Pan and 24cm Non-Stick Frying Pan whereas her Authentic Nam-Prik-Ong with Spring Vegetables uses our Stainless Steel Steamer and Stainless Steel Tri-Ply 9cm Mini Pan. Marni loves the durability and beauty of our pans, especially their ability to be used on the hob and in the oven.
