Chocolate Fondue

Makes:  Approx 1 litre
Prep time: 1 minute
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 400g dark chocolate
  • 290ml double cream
  • 300ml whole milk
  • 80g unsalted butter

Cooking Method

  1. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and put it along with all the other ingredients in a pan. 
  2. Melt on a medium heat stirring constantly until all melted and glossy.
  3. Enjoy with marshmallow or seasonal fruits.
